school boards and administrators.
Our complete accounting management encompasses both day to day tasks and high
level planning. You will be hiring an entire firm of accountants, auditors and
consultants who are experienced in school district financial management and who
provide continuity of service if and when school personnel would change. A

Internal Audits, Controls and Fraud Prevention -
Internal controls, audit policies and procedures - adapting a broad range of
policies and procedures we have developed for other school districts.
Financial Statement Preparation and Audits - prepare monthly financial statements
and assist with GASB 34 financial statements and prepare for annual audits.
Information Systems - designing, setup, installation, training and
support of a computerized accounting and financial management system.
Budgeting & Planning - prepare operating budgets, equipment
planning, and develop short and long term strategies.
Financing Proposals - identification, proposal preparation
and acquisition of financing for short, medium, and long term needs.
Organization and Efficiency Studies - customized studies to evaluate
job positions, assignments, tasks, procedures and recommendations covering
sensitive and critical issues of school district administration, business office
organization, and personnel.
Every three years the firm's quality control processes are evaluated by an
outside firm. The firm completed it's Peer
Review in 2008.
