Billing & PaymentsBillingWe normally issue invoices on a monthly basis or at the close of a particular matter. Fee arrangements are agreed to before any engagement begins. Our fees will be based on our standard hourly rates. We will require a retainer at the acceptance and execution of the engagement. The remainder of our fees will be rendered on a monthly basis and are payable upon receipt. The advance retainer will be applied to the final billing.
