Many variables contribute to the fees and rate structure - labor market conditions, employee benefits, competition, and other economic pressures. Initial ConsultationWhether the initial meeting is in person, on-site, in-office, over the phone, or over the Web, the first hour is at no charge. On-site meetings must be within a 40 mile radius of St. Louis, MO. On-site meetings outside the 40 mile radius will be at $55.00 per hour plus current federal mileage reimbursement rate. SetupA one-time fee will be charged to setup your accounting records: Back WorkBack work that needs to be done to bring your accounting records up to date will be billed at our standard billing rates. Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual AccountingFees are based on the frequency and quantity for work to be done. Billing & InvoicingOur fees will be billed as work progresses and are based on the amount of time required plus out-of-pocket expenses. Invoices are payable upon presentation.
